I have done a small Bio below, you can find more detailed information online.

Domenico Zipoli was born in, Tuscany, Italy in 1688, it is said he was encouraged by local musicians, and was through them he had his first
musical training.  Shortly later he gained some financial support that enabled him to enroll for formal musical training.  It is belived that he
traveled  around Italy to studied with  some of the famous composers  of the time like  Alessandro Scarlatti in Naples,   then he  travel onto
Bologna, and ended up in Rome with Bernardo Pasquini.

Zipoli had by 1710 become a well known composer and organist. It was at this time he composed two of his oratorios San Antonio di Padova
(1712) and Santa Caterina, Virgine e martire (1714). In 1715 he became the chief organist of the Church of the Gesu in Rome. Zipoli produce
one of his best known piece's, Sonate d'Intavolatura pro Organo e Cembalo, (1716).

Zipoli wanted to become a priest and traveled to the New World and introduce the natives to God and music, and in 1717 he traveled to Spain
and joined the order of the Jesuits and became a Jesuit novice, Zipoli then traveled on missionary work in South America, he eventually ended
up in Córdoba in Argentina.

Ziploli's  produce some  of his composition's  in Italy but he composed  most of his works  in South America and his  music achived high praise
among churches and missionaries, some of his works are still played in churches to this day.
