THE TEN MOST COMPELLING UFO CASES IN HISTORY
in order of compellingness(?)

1. "Hudson Valley," or the Westchester Wing, NY 1984

Thousands of reports, mostly nocturnal, of large, silent, hovering object with series of rotating lights. Reports came from many highly credible individuals including meteorologists, news reporters, and police chiefs. "Planes in formation" theory still in contention; however, videos taken by area resident of both the object and a formation of planes shows distinct differences. Intermittent sightings to this day.

2. "Cash/Landrum", outside Houston, TX 1979

Two ladies and 5-year-old boy report diamond-shaped object belching fire from beneath, surrounded by CH-47-style helicopters. Soon after sighting, all three suffered strange maladies which were likened to radiation poisoning. Klass explains as hoax, saying that the witness’ pre-sighting medical conditions were not released to him for examination.

3. "Roswell Incident," outside Corona, NM 1947

Object crashed in remote location on a large ranch in early July, 1947. Debris recovered by AAF, who issued hasty press release saying "Flying Disk" had been recovered. Press release retracted the next day, and press conference held at which it was revealed the object was, in fact, a Rawin sonde (a device used to calibrate radar). 30 years later, AF intelligence officer Maj. J. Marcel claimed that the object was "not of this earth", that the press conference was a sham. Interviews with over 150 witnesses reinforce anomalous nature of object.

4. "Army Helicopter", Mansfield, OH 1974

Four National Guardsman aboard Bell UH-1H chopper report sighting large nocturnal object on collision course. Pilot-in-Command Capt. Coyne puts chopper in descent mode. Object stops in front of chopper, then continues westward travel, after which Coyne discovers that chopper actually rose 2000 ft. Klass’ explanation of a bolide is not supported by testimony, circumstances, or scientific principles.

5. "Bentwaters," Rendlesham Forest, UK 1979

Three separate sightings of anomalous lights near a NORAD base in the UK. Official report filed by deputy base commander, who also taped the on-site investigation carried out by Air Police detachment. Occurrence produced many witnesses, some of whom swear a craft was sighted. Investigation hampered by conflicting testimony, Britain’s Secrets Act, grand-standing by one less than credible witness, and possibly the "Control Group"—A US Senator began looking into the affair, but abruptly halted and would not communicate further with UFO researchers.

6. "Washington Invasion," Washington, DC 1952

Several fast-moving objects appear on radarscopes at three separate installations, including Andrews AFB. Interceptors scrambled, but don’t find anything. Same thing happens the next night, this time objects confirmed by ground observers. Largest peace-time press conference in govt. history called to explain to reporters that radar traces were caused by thermal inversions, despite absence of proper weather conditions on the nights in question.

7. "Great Falls Film", Great Falls, MN 1954

Little League baseball coach films two objects streaking across sky near an AFB. Original explanation was that objects were F-100s on approach to AFB, but photo-analysis shows objects to be travelling much too fast.

8. "Trent Photo", McMinnville, OR 1950

Actually two photos taken by farmer with Polaroid camera, depict classic domed saucer. Foreground objects provide good references for analysis, which shows object to be around 30 ft. diameter, and at least ¼ mile distant. Shadows on foreground structure may be inconsistent with time of day provided by photographer; however, that is immaterial to analysis of the image’s size and distance.

9. "Travis Walton," Snowflake, AZ 1974

Five woodcutters allegedly witness abduction of their comrade aboard UFO. Abductee reappears five days later, fails first lie detector, after which he and four other witnesses pass, one is inconclusive. Controversy surrounds suppression of first lie detector results.

10. "My wife’s sighting," Fountain Hills, AZ 1989

My wife and another witness, a friend of mine, stood in my backyard about 1AM and witnessed a large, silent, hovering object with bright, multicoloured lights that strobe in a diamond-shaped pattern. The object then took off to the Northeast and vanished in less than a second. (Where was I? ASLEEP, DAMMIT!) Interviewed separately, witnesses gave basically the same description. Cursory check with area airports, AFBs yielded no clues.

The following report you are about to read concerns a most interesting UFO sighting which occurred on August 17, 1989 over the skies of Ontario, near our Nation’s Capital, Ottawa. The first piece of information you will see is a routine telex sent to the National Research Council of Canada (NRC), which since the late 60’shas been given the responsibility as acting as the repository of UFO reports. The second piece of info, is a reproduction of the 10 page letter sent to Uplands Air Base (and forwarded to the NRC) by one of the two observers of the UFO sighting. The second name, the name of the pilot, is blacked out in both instances, along with his address and phone number. Through unique circumstances, I was able to obtain the name of the pilot, which happens to be that of John Cassidy, who was also (now retired) a long-time police officer.

The reasons for looking into this case are several. For one thing, as I think you’ll agree, this particular UFO sighting seems particularly remarkable because of the credibility of the witnesses, and the effects and duration of the UFO sighting. I’ve gone to the trouble of reproducing this information here, since I think it a good example of a fairly recent sighting which to date, doesn’t seem to have any usual explanation, although I have yet to check with the NRC for their own findings. I noticed this particular report while scanning through hundreds of pages of sighting reports which can be found on microfilm, and obtained through the National Archives of Canada. In addition, this sighting occurred less than 100 miles from my home town of Renfrew, Ontario, where at that time I was residing. Additionally, and this is how I came upon the name of the pilot, Cassidy is also known by both my father and brother, who at the time were both private pilots, and who flew out of Arnprior, Ontario, quite frequently. Thus, this particular UFO incident is interesting to me for personal reasons. I’m currently in the process of doing some nominal follow up on this case in order to ascertain whether or not the NRC did any further investigation on it, and whether or not they came up with a prosaic explanation. Progress has already been made as to getting additional details, and hopefully by about January 1990, I’ll have some further comments to make regarding this most extraordinary UFO encounter of 10 yrs ago.

On Aug. 17, 1979, I was flying from St. Jovite, Que., to Arnprior, Ont; heading 270~. I was in a single prop, fixed wing, white with blue markings, 1974, Cherokee Warrior aircraft. I was sitting beside the pilot in the cockpit. The two passenger seats behind us were not occupied. Please note: neither myself or the pilot were under the influence of alcohol or drugs...[text faded on bottom of page]... We are both healthy, stable, cool, calculating individuals, not given to hallucinations or hysteria. We have known each other over 25 yrs. I am, by profession, a medical technologist. The pilot is, by profession, a police officer of approximately 16 yrs. experience. He is also a cattle farmer, and has good fortune in the stock and bond exchange over the past 30 yrs. He is a pilot of many years experience, and owns the aircraft we were flying in...No. C-GOUD. We were cruising at an altitude of...[text faded on bottom of page]... Ottawa. We were above the Gatineau hills, approximately 40 miles N.E. of Ottawa. Visibility was excellent - maximum, approximately 40 miles or more, minimum , 25 miles. The time of the following experience was 2100 hrs. The pilot’s watch stopped at 2100 hrs, mine was not affected. I looked out of my window and observed the ® wing becoming red in colour. I then looked to my left, past the pilot’s head, and observed the the( L) wing was also red in colour. I mentioned my observation to...[text faded on bottom of page]... performance of the aircraft. The pilot said to me, "the aircraft is slowing down our airspeed is "0" - the instruments are behaving strangely." I said to the pilot "take it down 1000 ft.". He replied, "I can’t, I can’t control the aircraft; the controls are jammed or something we should be falling yet we aren’t". I said, "there is something out there - it must be exactly overhead; I can’t see it" – The pilot agreed. At that point we both felt the aircraft being pulled upwards...[text faded on bottom of page]... appeared to be stationary in the sky, was being drawn upwards. The pilot looked out the right window and said to me, "My God, look at the size of it; it must be close to 300 ft. in diameter." When I looked, I saw a gigantic red ball of energy, close to the right wing and close to the aircraft. It sped away rapidly and as it did it appeared to be white light on the reverse side... The depth of it was approximately 50 ft. It disappeared into a large dark grey cloud to the west of us, only to re-appear in the same cloud rolling towards the orange ...[text faded on bottom of page]... it rolled, we saw it’s red radiant side then its white radiant side, as it rolled along the cloud exposed to our view. When it sped away from our aircraft, we had a falling sensation. The aircraft was returning to normal. The altimeter read 5000 ft. We estimated that we must have fallen 1000 ft. before we got this reading. In total we estimated that we had been drawn upwards 2000 ft. at least. At 4000 ft., we were flying once again, right on course, just as it had been before this experience. The temperature ...[text faded on bottom of page]...This experience lasted 5-8 min. approximately... by my watch. We ruled out St. Elmos fire because of the duration of the experience, plus "its" re-appearance in the distant cloud. As we descended to land at Arnprior airport, the rolling, red and white, energy ball, disappeared into the orange sky of the sunset. I am reporting this to you as I feel it is my duty to do so. You may keep this for your records. We feel that we were very fortunate. This thing could have ...[text faded at bottom of page]...be so fortunate. The pilot is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, Ont; telephone XXXXXXX He can usually be reached mornings 9 a.m. to 12 noon, with the exception of Wed and Sat and Sun. Should you wish to contact him regarding this matter, please use discretion’s, as his young wife is insanely jealous of him, and very protective of 2 young children. She does not respect him or his rights. She opens his mail and interferes with his phone calls. Try to speak ...[text faded at bottom of page]... for the time being at least, should you not be able to speak with him privately. If he cannot speak freely, leave your name and number and he will return your call. Or better still, phone or write me, and I will relay your message to him. This later (sic) method would be more reliable. The pilot has hesitated informing you of this sighting due to his marital set up. He is presently proceeding with divorce proceedings however that is not yet completed. Your co-ordination would be most ...[text faded at bottom of page].. At the advice of my personal physician, here in Arnprior, I requested that screening tests be done to determine whether or not, the pilot and myself were exposed to excess radiation’s, and absorbed same. I made this request Mon, Aug. 20th, to Dr. Wate of Radiation Protection Bureau 998-4708 under the Federal Health and Welfare Dep’t. 996-4950, by telephone, and I must say that he was less than helpful, or co-operative. He claimed our case to be "beyond his realm of experience, and let the matter drop at that.

OMNI September 1987 - UFO UPDATE by Sherry Baker

Five TBM Avenger torpedo bombers left the Naval Air Station in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on December 5, 1945, for a routine training mission. But less than three hours later, all five planes and their crews of 14 were missing. A Martin flying boat (a plane that can land on water) was immediately sent to the rescue; but that craft, along with 13 crew members, also disappeared. Cryptic messages attributed to the flight instructor, including the cry "Don’t come after me; they look like they’re from outer space," have long fuelled speculation that aliens were involved in the planes’ mysterious disappearance. And now a Poway, California, man named Wesley Bateman claims he has evidence that extraterrestrial hurled the planes into space. In fact, Bateman asserts, at least one of the Avengers is entombed in ice about 6,000 miles above the earth, just over the Bermuda Triangle. Bateman, who says he conducts privately funded UFO research "for a group of people who want to remain anonymous," made his discovery while watching a videotape about UFOs. After watching the tape several times, Bateman says, he noticed an object allegedly photographed by Apollo 11 astronauts. What’s more, he declares, he realised that the object resembled a TBM Avenger, "The heaviest part of the plane-the nose-is pointed toward the earth," he states. "And you can easily recognise the bubble turret and the tail. But how did a 1945 propeller-driven aeroplane get into orbit? Bateman theorises that depth charges dropped by the Avengers may have damaged an alien craft under the sea. "When the UFO rose out of the water to avoid further damage," Bateman says, "its rapid departure created a propulsion vortex, sucking up a lot of seawater and the planes along with it. As far as aviation journalist and UFO sceptic Philip J. Klass is concerned however, Bateman’s theory is full of holes. "I’ve personally spent days in the Navy archives going through the records of Flight 19, and there is simply no mystery to it," he insists. Klass says the craft originally headed east, toward the Bahamas. The flight instructor became disoriented and decided that the aircraft were over the Florida Keys. He thus ordered the planes north, toward what he thought was the mainland. But since the planes were over the Bahamas, heading north pointed them toward Greenland. Greenland was just too far away, and the aircraft simply ran out of gas. But how does Klass explain the photo of an Avenger some 6,000 miles above the earth? "I could say that the object looks like the face of God," he says. "Besides, our radar monitors every object in Earth orbit. It’s powerful enough to detect a six-inch-long metal strap that has fallen off a satellite. An object the size of an Avenger would long ago have attracted attention." NASA spokesman Ken Atchison adds, "I was around during the Apollo days, and I’ve never heard of the astronauts seeing or photographing anything like what Bateman is talking about." Still, Bateman insists that seeing is believing. "I can’t imagine anyone looking at this photo," he asserts, "and saying it’s not an Avenger. This is conclusive proof that UFO’s exist.

REMARKS SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
 
1. On 2 Sept 80, Source related on 8 Aug 80, three Security Policemen assigned to 1608 SPS, KAFB, NM, on duty inside the Manzano Weapons Storage Area sighted an unidentified light in the air that travelled from North to South over the Coyote Canyon area of the Department of Defence Restricted Test Range on KAFB, NM. The Security Policemen identified as: SGT STEPHEN FERENZ, Area Supervisor,

ATC MARTIM W.RIST and AMN ANTHONY D.FRAZIER, were later interviewed separately by SOURCE and all three related the same statement; at approximately 2350 hrs., while on duty in Charlie Sector, East Side of Manzano, the three observed a very bright light in the sky approximately 3 miles North-North East of their position. The light travelled with great speed and stopped suddenly in the sky over Coyote Canyon. The three first though the object was a helicopter, however, after observing the strange aerial manoeuvres ( stop and go ), they felt a helicopter couldn’t have performed such skills. The light landed in the Coyote Canyon area. Sometime later, three witnessed the light take off and leave proceeding straight up at a high speed and disappear.

2. Central Security Control (CSC) inside Manzano, contacted Sandia Security, who conducts frequent building checks on two alarmed structures in area. They advised that a patrol was already in the area and would investigate.

3. On 11 Aug 80,RUSS CURTIS, Sandia Security, advised that on 9 Aug 80, a Sandia Security Guard, (who wishes his name not be divulged for fear of harassment), related the following: At approximately 0020hrs., he was driving east on the Coyote Canyon access road on a routine building check of an alarmed structure.
As he approached the structure he observed a bright light near the ground behind the structure. He also observed an object he first though was a helicopter. But after driving closer, he observed a round disk shaped object. He attempted to radio for back up patrol but his radio would not work. As he approached the object on foot armed with a shotgun, the object took off in a vertical direction at a high rate of speed. The guard was a former helicopter mechanic in the U.S.Army and stated the object he observed was not a helicopter

4.SOURCE advised on 22 Aug 80, three other security policemen observed the same aerial phenomena described by the first three. Again the object landed in Coyote Canyon. They did not see the object take off.

Strange things are still flying around the small community of Gulf Breeze, Florida. Three recent articles on the subject, published in the Gulf Breeze Sentinel, are presented below (with permission).

UFO’S SIGHTED OVER GULF BREEZE, AGAIN? WITNESS LYNN SOLEY IS A WELL KNOWN GULF BREEZE ARTIST, AND HERE HUSBAND IS A PRINTER AT PENSACOLA MAGAZINE

"When we first saw it, it was about 10:00 p.m. Monday," said Mrs. Lynn Soley of Breeze Street in Gulf Breeze, of an unidentified flying object. We were in the front yard. My husband spotted it in the sky and he went in and got his binoculars. We all took turns looking at it. It was flashing red, yellow, green, and blue lights, with a white light. And then, on the upper right hand side and from time to time, it would move down the lower right side and then over to the lower left hand corner of the thing. "At one point, it turned on its side or something and the white light was in the centre with red flashing lights going around it in a circle. Then, when we lost sight of it, we rode over to Shoreline Park where we saw three more just like it. Then we saw, in one part of the sky, what looked like a big, bright star. The funny thing was, though, when the four UFO’S vanished, so did the big white star. It disappeared too.

SENTINEL: How many people saw it, and can you tell us who they were?

SOLEY: While at Shoreline Park, we ran into a fisherman and a man walking his dog. They were looking at it. We were all sharing the binoculars. And then very shortly, of course, came Gulf Breeze Police and two police officers saw it.

SENTINEL: They said they saw it, too?

SOLEY: Yes, they had our binoculars. We shared binoculars. My husband is a printer and the thing that amazed him about this one, as well as the one he saw about 13 years ago, he said, was that the colours of the lights were not like the colours we have here. Like the red lights were not any shade of red he had ever seen before. And the same with the blue and the green. And then my brother-in-law, who we walked out to the car with, has been in radar with the Navy ten years active duty and twenty with the Reserves. He said he didn’t recognise it as anything he had ever seen in the Navy, and that the lighting on it was not like any aircraft lighting that he had seen before. Then Tuesday night, Joe went out to the backyard and saw another one—just like the other four we’d seen on Monday night, but this one didn’t stay there very long. It vanished in about 30 minutes.

SENTINEL: And where is your house?

SOLEY: On Breeze Street, off of North Sunset on the other side of the peninsula, behind the Holiday Inn, more or less. And the direction the thing was going in, it must have gone right over our house and we missed it. It was like it was right over our front yard and then starting veering Southwest and finally, at Shoreline Park. When they all left at once, they went Southwest.

SENTINEL: That was Monday night at what time?

SOLEY: That was Monday night at 10:00 when we first saw it in our front yard. We watched it for about an hour there, then went to Shoreline Park and it was about 1:00 in the morning when they got so faint and all but one had disappeared and about that time the big white light was gone too.

SENTINEL: How far away would you estimate it was when you saw it?

SOLEY: The first time we saw it—it’s hard to say because I don’t know how big they really are—I would say it was probably over the centre part of Gulf Breeze between Shoreline and Fairpoint. It would have been about in that general area when we first saw it.

SENTINEL: Any sensation of noise?

SOLEY: No, no noise at all. It just hovered there and from time to time they’d go up, down, or left to right, but they were moving kind of slow. You figure we watched them for about three hours until they got so tiny you could barely see them anymore, and that’s when the big, bright "star" was gone too.

SENTINEL: So, the summary is, you saw it Monday from your home as you were going out to your car, you and your brother?

SOLEY: Brother-in law.

SENTINEL: What’s his name?

SOLEY: Charles Higgs. It was him, my sister and his mother—three of them. There were nine of us altogether that saw it. My brother-in-law and my sister live in Little Rock, Arkansas. I don’t know the names of the policemen or the guys we saw at the park.

SENTINEL WRITER FINALLY SEES UFO HERSELF

Since the first report of UFO sightings over Gulf Breeze, I have diligently watched the sky for a glimpse of these extraterrestrial visitors. A few times I thought I had seen something unusual, but still a bit of skepticism prevailed. However, last week, on April 27th, a Thursday night about 9:30, I routinely looked out my back door towards the City of Gulf Breeze, hoping again these UFOs would make an appearance so that I could see them. I was amazed to see something different in the sky. I walked out on my back deck, turning off the kitchen light as I stepped out and watched as a bright object shot at a tremendous speed down and diagonally across the sky. It then made a circular pattern, then shot straight up. The whole time it radiated colours from it that grew in intensity from white, to blue, to green, to red. No blinking lights just radiating colours of a nature I have never seen. I have lived in this area for seven years and have watched the sky on numerous occasions and am quite familiar with the air traffic in the sky. I am very familiar with aircraft of all sorts and know what an aeroplane, jet, helicopter and yes, the Goodyear Blimp look like in the sky. I can assure you that what I saw was not any of these. As I watched this object, which appeared to be right over the area of Shoreline Park, I reached inside the house and called an associate from work who came immediately to my house with a friend. I also called my neighbours next door, who came out on their balcony and watched the object and said that they could see two of them. We watched the object for at least 30 minutes. It sat in one spot for a very long time, then began to slowly descend and move westerly, towards Perdido. I called a friend, Kenneth Payne in Perdido who was at work. He went outside with two other co-workers and they all saw the bright object and confirmed it was moving slowly. This was a little after 10 p.m. Another young man on the beach was also watching the object and we talked on the phone with him as he looked at it though his binoculars; he too said he thought he saw more than one. He was not available for an interview at the time this story was written but will tell his story this week, along with other sightings he had on Saturday and Monday. I have written several stories about other people’s experiences of UFO sightings and always believed them, but I am sincerely convinced now that something strange is flying over Gulf Breeze. Many reports of sightings have been flooding into THE SENTINEL since last Thursday night. A report of a sighting on Tuesday night, May 2nd, was from a woman who wished to remain anonymous, called saying her and her family were eating at Pizza Hut when they saw a bright object, they left the restaurant and followed it up Highway 98 to Shoreline Park were several people were already there with binoculars watching it. One gentleman she said shared his binoculars with them. The woman reporting the sighting, whose son-in-law was a pilot, said he saw a shape. It had shining red, green, and white bright lights. The man with the binoculars told the group that he had seen the UFO on other occasions and when he saw it last week, it was so close and bright, he could not continue to look at it. Anyone else who has had sightings recently, please contact THE SENTINEL. If you are still a sceptic, like I was, start watching the sky, you might just see something that will change your mind.

UFO SIGHTERS SEE "MOVERS AND FLASHERS"

Since the reported sightings of unidentified flying objects on Thursday, April 27, Carla Yoder and her neighbour Kathy Deagle have been keeping a watchful eye on the sky. They were among the many people who reported the objects that appeared over Gulf Breeze. Now each night, they don their binoculars and stand at the end of their street in the Oriole Beach area looking for the extraterrestrial visitors. Now the initial shock and fear are gone. Now it is just curiosity, Yoder said. Yoder has been keeping notes and diagrams of the movement and location of the shining lights, that radiate different colours and appear to move in different directions each night. They have seen them on April 27 and 29 and also May 1, 3, 5, and 6. Yoder wrote in her notes, "The days in between were too overcast and also on April 30 first noticed, looking straight up, an object just a small white light moving steadily across the sky. Saw this three more times on 5/5 and a shooting star. A flash of light with a tail. On April 27, as they watched the objects, they also noticed a lot of air traffic flying overhead, helicopters, prop aeroplanes and jets. The helicopters they said, appeared to be military, and circled over the area. The two neighbours have come to call the objects they are seeing "Movers and Flashers." The movers travel steadily across the sky and the flashers radiate colour and move slowly. Yoder and Deagle plan to keep a vigil on the Gulf Breeze sky hoping to get a closer glimpse of these objects. "I wish one would come close enough for us to see what it is," Deagle said.

If it is something the military is doing, then I wish they would let us know," Yoder said as she lifted her binoculars towards the sky.

Strange things are still flying around the small community of Gulf Breeze, Florida

 When I uploaded the CARP.UFO report several weeks ago, I mentioned another report that I had received. The CARP.UFO report was an unsigned document, no signature, and no return address. As I stated in reference to that, I gave no credence to the report because of the manner that I received it. This report is a bit different. I did speak to the person that sent it, and am still waiting to hear back from his group. The file is an alleged interview between two men, the interviewer is under a pseudonym of Bill. The interviewee is supposed to be a retired Three Star General that undertook a favour to "Bill" to check into the UFO question. The man I spoke to is the director of this group, and even though he was aware of who I am, and the reason for my questions, he refused to put me in touch with either of the other two gentlemen "until they checked me out." I am still waiting to hear from them. Because of some of the subject matter in the report, I had a feeling that there was quite a bit of information in this report that had been deleted. According to the director I was right. He told me that "Bill" was a still active duty Full Colonel and that 3 Star was at one time Bill and his commanding officer. The deleted information is supposed to contain some very disturbing information that deals with mutilations, both animal and human, and a large number of abducted and missing children and young adults. According to the director of this group there were about 20 to 25 pages of deleted material. Also seen but of course as is usual, a number of photos that 3 Star was able to get at one point. I would rate this report as highly strange, but at this point unverifiable. At any rate here is the report and any suggestions from the members are most certainly welcome.

Bill> What did you think of the book and just how true is it?

Bill, as I promised you, I used my contacts and several favours due me over the years and I found out extremely sensitive information which absolutely verify the information as stated in the Roswell Incident.

The book intrigued me as I read it. At first, I felt the facts or should I say information in the book were there just to sell it and make our Govt. out to be the bad guy...as so many books do today. However, the public has been lied to for over 40 years. This bothers me a great deal. But decisions were made decades ago. The situation in my opinion, is totally out of hand.

Bill> You look concerned and sound irritated. What is wrong?

Around 4 months ago I called in several favours. I was given documents, allowed to view video tape, given photographs, base locations and I was even asked to participate in the "Awareness Program"...which is to disseminate Alien contact to the public. I turned down the offer. When I did I was sort of an outcast and I found friends of 30 years had no time for me. I soon was limited to all forms of information. Hell, every time I requested anything through normal channels it was either lost or delayed for "higher approval". This was normal everyday decisions, which were NEVER questioned before. I gave over --30-- years of faithful and loyal service to this great country of ours. Who in the hell do those political bastards think they are anyway?

Bill> I don’t know what to say. I feel that because I asked for the inquiry, you got into trouble. I really feel bad. I know you didn’t get where you are today by taking it easy. Did you retire?

You are not responsible! I kind-of knew what I might get myself into. I always had my suspicions and I to heard the rumours about alien spacecraft that crashed, bodies found, alien craft shot down, UFO evidence stored in special buildings on certain military bases. I just never really took it seriously. I know it is true. I have seen the evidence, I have seen the alien craft, the frozen bodies from the Roswell site and I have seen on video tape, the live alien which is a guest of the U. S. Govt. To answer your last question, yes I did retire.

Bill> Could you give some specific information on the Aliens, what they want, the govt. involvement, the reason why we have not officially been told about alien involvement in our society and why all of the many "strange" things or happenings associated with UFO sightings and people-contact with aliens?

There have been several crashes of UFOs over the years. From all documentation and information available that I have seen with my own eyes as well as the physical evidence, this is in answer to your questions.

1. The aliens really do not have any sort of invasion planned for this planet. Aliens have visited this planet off and on for thousands of years. Our U.S. guest is over 300 years old. There are both "good and bad" aliens just as there are good and bad humans. They are not all that different from us. The aliens utilise around 55% of their brain capacity or ability. The aliens do have DNA, just like we do. The alien which is the guest of the U.S. Govt. is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weights 96 pounds. Large head (no hair) large slanted eyes. Some of the aliens’ abilities include moderate telepathy and telekinesis. The purpose of alien visitation to this planet is one of curiosity and scientific research. Not world domination as some would have you believe. Cattle and humans have been used in alien and U.S. research for various biological applications. Most humans are not hurt in this research and experimentation. Some however, have died due to complications and down-right carelessness. Several cross-breed "young" have been born to both human females and alien females. We as humans are fully biological compatible with most visiting aliens. Some we are not. More that one type or species of alien has visited this planet. They are listed by category...this information I could not retrieve.
2. The U. S. Govt. and the British have made secret treaty agreements with the aliens in exchange for technology and so-called recon missions during times of human conflict. The aliens have basically agreed not to concern themselves with the wars or conflicts of humans. Not to interfere in society. Let the Govts. rule and decide. Exactly what the aliens get in return was not exactly made clear or available. Also, there are special teams which eradicate, discredit, harass and trump-up charges to control humans which experience any visitations from aliens, or make verifiable UFO sightings. This is one of the reasons I retired. It’s too much for any govt. to impose upon the civilian population like this.
3. Many of the strange happenings which people experience with UFO

Bill> One more and you’ll be done. Why all the secrecy from day one about the alien contact, the Roswell Incident, UFOs etc.?

The Roswell Incident happened at a very hectic time. World problems and domestic matters drew priority. Make no mistake, Pres. Truman and later Pres. Eisenhower gave specific direct orders to keep everything and I mean everything top secret. At that time, all alien (known as EBE) information became departmentalised and dispersed on a need to know only basis. I as well as others heard rumours and pursued our career with no further thought to the matter. Also consider the fact that even with today’s high technology we still don’t know all of the propulsion system, craft manufacture and so forth. The most recent information that I did manage to receive before I was cut off is that the alien craft has more-or-less been copied by top scientific experts and is functional. The "special group" assigned to oversee the alien situation and other govt. VIPs agree to gather all of the technology possible and put it to use for the benefit of the USA. I really wonder what other motives are there. One very important thought about reasons for secrecy are common religious values and beliefs. Most of the world religions (especially in the US) would tumble. This in turn would cause panic and chaos. Something not wanted or needed in any time. Look at the big lie the Federal Govt. has created, promoted swore to and fed to the public over the past 42 years. Even the Presidents of the US from 1947 to present day has lied about this situation. Talk about a cover up? if this information would ever get out, many people from the President down would be removed from office. Many would go to jail in one form or another. My information led me to other more graphic reasons that I really don’t want to discuss. This whole situation is fantastic enough and the implications are endless. The "awareness program" that I mentioned earlier was designed to inform the public about alien contact, landings, crashes, the Roswell Incident, UFOs and the govt. All of this is filtered to the public in a systematic, logical way. This is coupled with the increased alien—human abductions and contacts. This is a joint govt. and alien program. If done correctly, there will be extremely little or no panic and no resistance. The world Govts. will retain control and chaos is avoided.

Now that I have found this information out, I wonder about everything I could not access or was prevented from learning when I turned down the position on the "awareness program"?

Bill> I know that I am pushing it a bit here but could you go into some of the topics that seem to be eating away at you?

Bill> It sounds good to me too. I’ve got a lot of work to do in the morning so I better call it quits for now. This is the second and final instalment of the purported interview with a retired 3 Star General, being interviewed by what was described to me as a still active duty Full Colonel interested in the subject of UFOs. Now prior to continuing with this, allow me to make an observation. Since I uploaded part one of this file, and with the upload of the previous file—CARP.UFO—I have received several e-mail notes asking me why I have put out such outlandish and paranoid files. I will answer like this. First, I do not believe that any of us here have a really good and solid idea of just what is happening in the bizarre world of UFOs. Since I have started to explore this thing several years ago, believe me when I tell you that I have experienced most of the angles of this subject. Everything from the Space-Brothers are here to save us from ourselves, tales of ET love affairs with the likes of the legendary Semjase ( now that is one ET I would LOVE to meet! ) to tales of "Their here eating us!!" to the Leader of the free world selling drugs to support MJ-12!!!! What this all boils down to is a hell of allot of rhetoric and damn little proof. Oh, there is some proof to be sure, i.e. mutilated cows, ( you ain’t lived till you have been up to your elbows in one ) scars on alleged abductee’s ( one gentleman told me that he turned gay after his 16^th birthday because of repeated abductions, he was tired of being forced to copulate with alien females ) landing traces ( hard baked soil compacted inches, something damn heavy had set down on it ) and tales from dozens of people, living in some cases a whole continent apart ( with the same information in uncanny detail ). OK, what does this mean? In my opinion, it means that SOMETHING damn strange IS INDEED ONGOING..... so, that means that the only way to find out is investigate and investigate some more. Knowledge is power, so the reason I have uploaded this files is that MAYBE someone out there in computer land, ( and you would be really surprised where all ParaNet DOES GO ) will have a missing piece of the puzzle, and better yet will contact one of we happy little band of investigators—with PROOF .................... and by the way, to those good meaning folks that have written me email, just because I put something up here, it does not mean that I think this is what really is happening. Bill> Thank you for agreeing to a second interview on this topic. Did you enjoy your trip to the mountains?
Yes my wife and I had a wonderful time.
Bill> What is bothering you so much about the alien situation?
As I mentioned before, there have been several UFO crashes, not just the one in Roswell, New Mexico. Look at the documents I brought with me. The photos are quite explicit to the CARGO OF SOME OF THE UFOs.

Bill> Why are there children aboard these crafts!? My God! You don’t mean that the aliens are snatching our kids? What for??

There are over a million missing children every year in the US alone. Now, not all of them have been taken by aliens. The aliens take about 2,200 children a year from the US and other countries. Its all right there in the report attached to the three photos. The rest of the missing children are the result of mankind’s dark side. You know what I mean. It’s in the paper every day. The children are used in several ways; biological, to educate and return, experimentation, disease study. The same as adults.

Bill> Adults are one matter, but leave the children alone. I am very bothered by this information. According to the report, implants are being used on the people that are taken aboard UFOs and returned. Some of these implants are microscopic in size (and smaller) and influence the growth, function and learning capabilities of the individual. This is a very detailed report. Could I have a copy?

No, Sorry but you know our agreement was that you did not get to keep or copy any paperwork. As well as the other matters we discussed.

Bill> That you did! I will keep my word, don’t worry.

I would like to mention a little bit more of why the public have not been told the truth. Lets run through the whole thing rather quickly.

1. Security/Fear Factor; Everyone feels safe knowing that the US is one of the dominate powers on Earth. Right? The Human race is in control and science will solve it all. The simple fact is—if you take away the security of people it is replaced with fear! Fear is the first step to chaos. Just imagine what would happen if there was an announcement that the Govts. are no longer in control, we have aliens living among us, they have kidnapped our people, used them as guinea pigs, killed them, manipulated our culture, tampered with our food, created new diseases to study on us, have interbred with us and there isn’t a damn thing we can do about it. Now, how do you think the public would react?
2. The fact that the Govt. have been lying, covering up the truth, have given permission for abductions and experiments on the public. Keep in mind that the agencies involved are highly covert, funded very well and have almost absolute power (life and death) over anyone who interferes. How do you think the public will react?
3. Cures for certain diseases, free electrical power, pollution free energy, no longer a need for fossil fuels, abundant food and water for everyone. All of this has been possible for many years now. What would happen if this technology was turned loose to the public? The tech report showed that within the first year over 18 million people out of work. The monetary system would collapse and all of the other problems that go along with it. A REAL POSSIBILITY OF A GLOBAL NUCLEAR CONFLICT........ALL OUT OF FEAR!! Is it really worth the chance?

Yes it is. The awareness program calls for the funding of movies, series on TV, specials and books. All of the "front" money will filter its way to fund a TV series or movie if it is deemed worthy of friendly, helpful alien contact. An idea is passed along to the big named producers and directors and if it takes hold, everything will fall in place and the funding starts. It is really unique how it all works. Now way to trace it to the govt. and the people involved truly believe it is their own creative work. Everyone gets into the act and no problems. After the movie hits the public, the reaction and interest of the masses are carefully monitored. Abductions of humans are both random and selective. Influential people are selected to either—explain and guide the public or to serve some political need or requirement. UFO sightings increase when needed to draw the attention of the public. You must keep in mind that the mere mention of UFOs, aliens and the like will draw weird loos, rumours and make people believe that you have a mental problem, not playing with a full deck of cards and so forth. People will make fun of you and will laugh at you! THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT. AND WHO WANTS TO BE LAUGHED AT WHEN THEY ARE SERIOUS? The result is not one will say anything unless there are many witnesses. The unique thing about this subject is people don’t want to believe. The general feeling is that mankind is all. There is nothing else but God and Country. This is what most people believe. I am not disputing or disagreeing with anything. I just find it amazing that people in general are so damn stupid and stubborn. Let alone that many are so pompous and self-righteous about their religion and self image. Do these people have a rude awaking someday! It can surely be said that we are not alone in this universe.

Bill> How large are UFOs? What type of propulsion system do the crafts use? do you have any photographs I could look at?

The alien crafts are disc, triangle, oblong cigar shaped. The range from 30 ft in dia. for the smaller recon discs to over 730 ft in dia. for the larger "mother" discs or the flying saucer, if you will. The triangle shaped crafts are 210 ft. in dia. This does not seem to change as you can see in the photos which show 3 different triangle crafts which all measure the same and are identical in shape and appearance. The oblong cigar shaped craft is the real big one of the three. The only one ever found by the military in the late 60’s measured 1,100 ft. long with a circumference of 310 ft. Take a look at this photo and read the report attached. The information gathered from this one enabled us to copy the basics of alien technology. It took 20 yrs to do so. The basic propulsion system or drive is a fusion reactor which ranges in size from about the size of a medicine ball, you know the one tossed around in gym class, to about the size of a large Van or station wagon. It is a magnetic drive surrounded by an aura of bright white light. This is for the disc and triangle shaped crafts. The oblong cigar shaped craft does not have this aura of light. All crafts are almost totally silent. There is some noise.

Bill> I can’t believe the photos! This looks like something right out of the movies. The other report information which is stapled to the photos is very detailed. This information is both fantastic and very scary! I wish I could share this proof that I am now holding in my hands. I know, I won’t ask again. You have to get this evidence back where it belongs before it is noticed missing, don’t you?

Yes I do. If this documentation ever got out I am sure several individuals would be terminated. The powers to be have a systematic method and program that deals with documentation, verification and termination of information and personnel. The most important asset to the Govt. on the subject of aliens, UFOs, cover-up story and the like is simply the "OVERALL PROJECTION OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE UFO EXPERIENCES IS ONE OF FANTASY, DELUSIONS, MIS-CONCEPTIONS, UNRELIABLE KOOKS AND CRACK-POTS AND DOWN RIGHT LIARS." Also keep in mind that the news reporters and the news media in general, poke fun at individuals with their quirk smile and light attitude about the whole thing. Matters can be documented. The proof is out there and is available. Many people must come down off their high horse and open their eyes. it is no shame to admit that you are wrong. No one knows everything and no one should be expected to.

Bill> It seems to me that you have talked to several people about this subject and the outcome has been negative? At least as you describe the general attitude earlier. Maybe we ought to wrap this issue up?

I really hate to be sour about this subject but the people of this planet have a God given right to the truth. Many people will not believe what has been stated herein. Many questions are raised and can not be answered. Certainly not to the satisfaction of many. Until the day comes when the big announcement and/or experience happens to you—the individual—you will be too busy and sceptical. Just like I was!

I am well aware that there are no guarantees when this information hits the media.
