GEORGE POLLEN

Born --- 1939

Now here is another great musical and sequencing talent, who has kindly donated many music files on my classical site
now is a chance to hear some his own unique classical style compostions, as well as music from other spheres.

George has now sent me a small biography of himself.

Born in London. Started playing violin at school and within a year won the school's music prize.

Entered the British Army in 1958 in The Royal Engineers Band. Served the full 22 years, having arranged and composed
many pieces for concert military band, many of which were broadcast on radio,  TV and placed on record,  CD as well as
cassettes.

I also spent a while as copyist to Ronald Binge - composer of the famous Elizabethen Serenade - I am now semi-retired
making arrangements for concert orchestras.

Let him know how you feel about his music. Visit his website George Pollen.
