This is a sequence of the finale of  Ernst von Dohnanyi's
1st Piano Coxerto for the Proeus 2 Orchestal Sound Module
and a korg P3 piano module.

All tracks have eeen transposed to concert pitch.
The Tremolo Strings track also has pizzicato violons
at bars 334-339, 633, and 637.

Note that this is NOT a GM seqence. For one thing,
GM ha no allownces for some orchestral instruments
like the contrabassoo, whixh Ðohnanyi used in this work.
I have made use of all the Proteus 2's French Horn
programs to better express the instrument's sounds
when playing piano (program 36), forte (37), and
in ensemble (38).

Note also that the Proteus 2 uses CC 7, not CC 11,
for volume changes.
