For the first time, I have sequenced a work I've never heard (there may be no recording of this ballet). This is the "Dance of the Horsemen" from Sergo Balasanyan's ballet on a popular Caucasian story "Leili and Medjnun". Actually the word used for "horsemen" translates better to "stunt riders", but I've used "horsemen" for simplicity. I've sequenced it for the Proteus 2 and Korg O3R/W. All tracks are for the Proteus 2 except those beginning with "Korg". All tracks have been transposed to C and there are no program changes in any track. The string and percussion tracks, however, share channels. Note that in the Snare Drum track (actually, I've combined muffled/covered and "regular" snare notes) an "A" is a snare roll and a "C" is an individual stroke. I will be sequencing other selections from this ballet in the near future. Please e-mail me if you know where to buy a recording. Gary Goldberg National Capital Amiga Users Group garyg@ix.netcom.com
