ALPHONSE HERMAN

6th March 1836 --- 16th August 1906

This is all I could find on this little known French Composer

Alphonse Herman was born in 1836 in Tournai, France, and died in 1906 at his home in Paris, He was a French composer and conductor, and
became conductor of the Ambigu theatre, from 1892 to 1903, he was expert player of the mandolin, and he wrote over 150 compositions for
dances, songs, incidental music, as well as some piano pieces. He died in 1906 is buried in the Pere-Lachaise cemetery France.
